豚肉 肩ロースの部位を「すき焼き用」にかなり薄くスライス
したものです。すき焼き、焼き肉、炒め物や鍋等に。
1パックは大体~1LBS. を目安にパックし、冷凍して
おりますが、基本的には1LBS. 前後の量が殆どです。
PORK BUTT / SHOULDER THAT HAS BEEN SLICED THINLY
(SLIGHTLY THICKER THAN THAT OF SHABU SHABU.) FOR
SUKIYAKI, YAKINIKU, STIR FRY, NABE HOT POT AND OTHER DISHES.
WHILE EACH PACK IS PACKED TO BE AROUND 1 LBS. AND FROZEN,
MOST OF THE PACKS WILL BE MORE OR LESS THAN 1 LBS.
